Payment policies & cancellations

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled or modified up to 10days before date of arrival, 50 percent of the total price of the reservation will be charged.
If cancelled or modified later, or in case of no-show, 100 percent of the total price of the reservation will be charged.
In case of non-refundable offer – all the amount of the reservation will be charged on the day of the booking.

Terms & conditions

Redemption/Full payment will be made before arrival, upon arrival or before departure.
It is prohibited to remove any piece of furniture or garment, equipment from the primacies except beach towels.
Smoking is prohibited in all interior areas.
Finally, the client agrees that he’ll respect the safety rules attached in each house as well as Jacuzzi rules.

Terms for the Jacuzzi use

Any health problem should be reported in writing at your booking.
It is forbidden to enter jacuzzi in those who have open wounds, in subjects suffering from epilepsy, or in people suffering from any transmissible disease.
It is forbidden to enter Jacuzzi, when you are drunk or drinking and when you are eating. Glasses in or around Jacuzzi are prohibited.
Diving is prohibited.
The use of the jacuzzi by children under the age of 18 requires parental supervision.
